Reston-based ed tech company earns top 25 ranking for employee and leadership diversity
RESTON, VA — Ellucian, the leading higher education technology solutions provider, today announced that the company has ranked #23 in Washington Business Journal's 2024 Corporate Diversity Index among large companies in the greater Washington D.C. area.

Washington Business Journal's annual list ranks companies with at least 1,000 total employees by the percentage of employees that are Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC). As of Q1 2024, 29% of Ellucian’s U.S.-based employee population self-identified as BIPOC, 19% of C-suite leadership and 11.11% of board members.
