Responding to her clients’ needs and keeping her promises, Allyson Harris gets the job done, no matter what it takes. “I had to help a client move, cover the cost of a repair, mow the grass and clean the houses,” says Harris, realtor at PalmerHouse Properties. Working with clients ranging from first-time buyers to sellers in the luxury market, Harris, herself a resident of Gwinnett since 2007, serves the markets of Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia.
After only a full year as an agent, Harris won the Diamond Award from PalmerHouse Properties and earned her place in the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club. This year, she continues to be one of the top producers in her brokerage, closing five listings in a single transaction and surpassing the previous year’s production after just six months. “As a new agent, I try to prove myself and focus on continuous improvement,” she explains. “I don’t rest on my laurels or my past experiences.” In 2022, she also earned the title of Luxury Home Marketer from the Institute for Luxury Marketing.
For more than two decades, Harris has made a name for himself in the human resources field, lending his talents to companies ranging from The Coca-Cola Company to Starwood Hotels and Resorts. “My professional background has shown in the way I approach my business – I make sure to educate my clients carefully about the process, as I don’t want them to make the same mistakes I did,” says- her, noting how she leverages social media to provide additional resources for her clients. “I never want a client to say they didn’t know something because I didn’t tell them.”
Harris is a contributor to the Create Your Dreams youth development program and is currently working to launch a charitable arm of her business. When she’s not attending to her clients, she enjoys travelling, reading, dancing, seeing live music and eating good food.
